The Wawelska bean variety is an early-maturing bush-type dwarf bean variety, characterized by high yield and disease resistance. Plants reach a height of 45-55 cm and have a strong structure, ensuring resistance to lodging. This variety is primarily intended for seed production, which has a large, kidney-shaped form and a rich red color.
Planting Wawelska beans is recommended from May to June with row spacing of about 40-50 cm. Pods mature from August to September and can be used fresh or stored for several months. Bean seeds have a mass of about 1 gram (equivalent to 2-3 seeds) and are supplied in 50-gram packages with planting instructions and sowing date information.
The Wawelska variety is valued not only for its high yield and resistance to adverse conditions, but also for the excellent taste of its seeds. Due to these characteristics, the bean is suitable for cultivation in both amateur and professional farms, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest.
