Golden Goal

Golden Goal broad bean is a medium-early variety of yellow broad bean, developed by the Dutch breeding company Hazera. The plant is upright and bushy, characterized by high adaptability and regenerative capacity after stress. The variety is heat-tolerant, allowing successful cultivation in open ground across all climate zones, including Ukraine. The vegetation period is 54-58 days, ensuring early and uniform crop maturity.

The pods of Golden Goal broad bean are straight, smooth, bright yellow, measuring 14-16 cm. They have a tender, fiber-free flavor, making them particularly appealing for culinary use. Due to their high nutritional value and excellent taste, the beans are suitable for both fresh market sales and processing. The harvested crop is characterized by good storability and marketability, which is important for product marketing and storage.

Golden Goal variety is distinguished by high yield and strong immunity, ensuring stable fruiting even under adverse conditions. The recommended sowing rate is 0.30-0.33 million seeds per hectare.
