Description Ataman
The Ataman eggplant variety is an early-maturing hybrid with a compact bush reaching a height of about 38-47 cm. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth and good foliage coverage, which promotes stable fruiting throughout the season. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in spring greenhouses, demonstrating high resistance to unfavorable conditions and excellent fruit storage.

The Ataman eggplant fruits have a cylindrical shape with a smooth, glossy surface of dark violet color, which acquires a brownish-brown hue at biological maturity. The average fruit weight is 124-135 grams, with a length of about 25-30 cm. The flesh is white, of medium density, and bitterness-free, ensuring high taste quality. Due to excellent transportability and storability, the fruits retain their properties during transport and storage.

The Ataman variety is undemanding regarding growing conditions but requires regular watering and fertilization to achieve maximum yield. It is characterized by an early start of fruiting and a prolonged harvest period, making it attractive for commercial cultivation and home gardening. The high quality of the fruits and yield stability make this eggplant an excellent choice for various culinary purposes.
