Yubiлярka® winter hard wheat is a mid-early grain wheat variety bred through intraspecific hybridization using the variety Kharkivska 32 and the breeding line ANC Donskoy. The plants are of medium height, approximately 81-94 cm, semi-erect, with pyramidal, loose, white ears of medium length. The grain is amber-light in color, large, with a 1000-grain weight of 43-55 g. The variety is characterized by lodging resistance, high winter hardiness, and drought resistance, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in the North Caucasus region and the Southern zone of the Rostov region. Yubiлярka® features a high yield potential — the average yield from competitive trials is 8.0 t/ha, with a maximum potential reaching 12.4 t/ha. The technological properties of the grain and pasta products are at a high level: protein content in the grain averages 14.37%, gluten is of II-III quality group — 24.5%, falling number — 430 seconds, vitreousness — 93%, natural weight — 795 g/l. The pasta qualities of the variety are satisfactory, allowing the grain to be used for producing high-quality flour and pasta products. The variety is resistant to major diseases, including powdery mildew, brown rust, and yellow rust, ensuring yield stability and grain quality. The variety's frost resistance is above average, and drought resistance is high, making it adaptable to various climatic conditions. It is recommended for sowing on a high agro-foundation with a sowing rate of 4.5-5.0 million viable seeds per hectare. Sowing dates are optimal for the recommended growing zones, promoting timely plant development and ripening.
