Wheat Memory

French breeding for top performance

Winter wheat "Memory" from the reputable European breeder Secobra Recherches S.A.S is designed for farmers aiming for consistently high yields. Unlike many varieties that require precise fertilizer management, "Memory" demonstrates remarkable plasticity, allowing producers to achieve its 8-9 ton per hectare potential even under average agricultural conditions.

Key advantages and field characteristics

• Compact structure: With a plant height of 70-80 cm, the variety is highly resistant to lodging, which is critical for intensive farming systems and high-wind environments.
• Phytosanitary control: Genetic resistance to yellow rust and brown rust reduces the pressure on fungicide spray programs, effectively suppressing powdery mildew development.
• Grain consistency: A thousand-kernel weight (TKW) of 40-45 grams ensures uniform seed quality and high germination energy.
• Adaptability: A winter hardiness rating of 7 out of 9 allows the variety to successfully overwinter across most climate zones while maintaining productive stand density.

With a vegetative period of 90-100 days after spring regrowth, "Memory" is a convenient choice for crop rotation planning and predictable harvesting. This variety is an optimal solution for farms seeking a balance between intensive production and reliability; it is forgiving of minor management errors while providing significant returns when technology guidelines are followed.
