The variety is distinguished by good winter hardiness and resistance to spring frosts, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable climatic conditions. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 36 to 50 grams, and the variety belongs to the erythroplasmum group.

Privateer exhibits high drought resistance and resistance to shattering, which contributes to crop preservation under unfavorable weather conditions. The yield of the variety in various regions averages from 43.3 to 48.0 centners per hectare. Baking qualities of the variety are assessed as good and excellent, confirming its suitability for producing high-quality flour and bakery products. The variety is characterized by strong wheat, which is an important indicator for the baking industry.

Despite a number of advantages, Privateer is susceptible to certain diseases such as brown rust, septoria, powdery mildew, and yellow rust, with susceptibility to yellow rust being considered high. The variety is also moderately resistant to loose smut and possesses resistance to lodging. These features require careful attention to plant protection and the implementation of agronomic measures to maintain crop health and maximize yield.
