Corn HSL 4015 is a high-yielding hybrid with FAO 380, developed by the Institute of Field Crop Research in Novi Sad (Serbia). Plants reach a height of 250 to 270 cm, and exhibit high resistance to stalk borer, drought, and lodging, making this hybrid a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. The grain is bright yellow, dent type, with a 1000-grain weight of 360-400 g.
The genetic yield potential of corn HSL 4015 reaches up to 170 ц/ha, while actual yield may be around 150 ц/ha. The ear is conical, up to 35 cm long, and contains 16-18 rows of kernels. Recommended planting density varies by region: for forest-steppe — 50-55 thousand plants per hectare, for central steppe — 45-50 thousand, and for southern and dry steppe — 40-45 thousand plants per hectare.
This hybrid demonstrates high adaptability to various soil-climatic conditions, allowing effective use in different agro-ecological zones. Thanks to its combination of high yield, resistance to pests and adverse weather conditions, corn HSL 4015 is an optimal choice for farmers aiming to achieve a stable and quality harvest.
