The spring wheat variety Mironovska (lutesc.20664) is an intensive, high-yielding variety of domestic production, officially included in the state register since 2013. It is recommended for cultivation in the forest-steppe and Polissia regions, and is suitable for the entire territory of Ukraine, including drought-prone areas due to its high drought resistance. The plant is low-growing, reaching a height of about 83 cm, with a strong medium-thickness stem, which ensures resistance to lodging and shattering of spikes. The ear is long and cylindrical, of medium density, without awns, the grain is oval, medium-sized with a red color. Mironovska is characterized by high genetic resistance to major diseases such as powdery mildew, rust, and leaf septoria. The variety belongs to the soft wheat category of medium maturity, allowing for stable yields under various climatic conditions. The 100-grain weight is 43.1 g, the test weight is 764 g/l. The grain contains approximately 16.9% crude protein and about 30% crude gluten, indicating good grain quality for further use. To achieve high yields, the variety should be grown using intensive technology with optimal mineral nutrition and timely protection against weeds, diseases, and pests. Due to good tillering, the seeding rate should not exceed 4.0-5.0 million germinating seeds per hectare, allowing efficient use of the agrofond. Under favorable conditions, the yield of the variety reaches 6 to 7.37 t/ha, making Mironovska an attractive choice for farmers seeking high productivity and grain quality.
