Kinelskaya Yubileynoy is a soft spring wheat variety developed in the Volga region, intended for cultivation under various climatic conditions. It is a medium-maturing and medium-height variety with a vegetative period ranging from 76 to 89 days. The variety is characterized by high yield, which in the Middle Volga region averages 22.5 centners per hectare, and in the Urals, it is around 20.0 centners per hectare. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 31 to 39 grams, indicating good grain quality.
Kinelskaya Yubileynoy is distinguished by its high resistance to lodging, shattering, and grain germination on the root, which significantly facilitates harvesting and improves yield preservation. The variety has moderate resistance to brown rust and powdery mildew, as well as tolerance to root rots, making it a reliable choice for farmers. At the same time, it is moderately susceptible to powdery bunt, which requires attention when protecting crops.
Grains of the variety form a vitreous structure with high protein and gluten content, ensuring good baking qualities at the level of a good filler. Thanks to high drought resistance and resistance to adverse conditions, Kinelskaya Yubileynoy is suitable for cultivation in the South Forest-Steppe, Trans-Urals, and Pre-Urals steppe zones, as well as in the North Forest-Steppe zone of the Orenburg region and other regions of the Volga area.
