SUGAR 2

Plants reach a height of 70–80 cm, have simple stems and a compact shape, which facilitates care and harvesting. Pods 7-9 cm long contain 7-9 peas and differ by the absence of a hard parchment layer, making them fleshy and retaining a sweet taste for a long time. Seeds have a bright green color and a straight shape, ensuring good product quality.

For successful cultivation, it is recommended to sow peas on sunny areas with well-processed soil, planting seeds at a depth of 4-6 cm. Plants require support, especially when they reach a height of 10-15 cm, to maintain a vertical position and prevent damage. The variety is distinguished by high resistance to cooling and is capable of self-pollination, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. In addition, the variety withstands cultivation without the use of chemical fertilizers.

Sugar pea SUGAR 2 is widely used in cooking due to its sweet taste and delicate texture. Young immature pod walls are used as food, suitable for fresh consumption and canning.
