Tulip Patilmo

Stability and Aesthetics of the 'Patilmo' Tulip

The 'Triumph' class is recognized globally as the gold standard for spring garden displays and industrial forcing. 'Patilmo' confidently holds its place in this category as a classic red tulip, offering a rare combination of predictable growth patterns and high resistance to the most common fungal pathogens that typically plague bulbous crops.

Key Advantages of the Variety

• Disease Resilience: The variety shows outstanding resistance to a spectrum of fungal diseases, including downy mildew, Phomopsis, Phoma, and sunflower rust. This makes it an ideal selection for regions prone to high humidity, where fungal threats are a constant challenge for growers.
• Perfect Morphology: With a medium stem height and a firm, vibrant red bloom in the traditional 'Triumph' shape, this tulip serves as a versatile tool for both commercial flower production and landscape design.
• Reliable Performance: Its mid-season blooming period allows for seamless integration into production schedules, minimizing the risks associated with unpredictable phenological shifts.

'Patilmo' is a professional-grade asset. If you are looking for a variety that does not require excessive fungicide applications and maintains its structural integrity until the very end of its blooming cycle, this tulip is a sound investment. Unlike more fragile hybrids, 'Patilmo' is forgiving of minor agronomic errors and maintains its health even under fluctuating weather conditions.
