This variety is characterized by high winter hardiness (82%) and resistance to lodging, ensuring crop reliability in complex climatic conditions. The vegetation period is 323 days, allowing the use of the variety in various regions with a moderate climate. Siberia Crown 2 differs in productive bushiness, density of plant standing, and significant grain mass per ear, which contributes to high yield.
Triticale is an interspecific hybrid of wheat and rye, combining the best qualities of both cereals. Siberia Crown 2 possesses high frost resistance, resistance to diseases and stresses, as well as ecological plasticity, which allows growing it on depleted soils.
