This variety is characterized by late maturity and medium plant height ranging from 115 to 130 cm. The ear contains up to 1000 grains weighing 46–52 g, ensuring a potential yield of over 84–90 c/ha. ALATYRSKAYA 75 possesses enhanced winter hardiness, frost resistance, and high drought tolerance, making it particularly suitable for cultivation in regions with a changeable climate, such as the Kaluga and Tula regions. Protein content in the grain reaches 11.4–11.6%, exceeding the indicators of many traditional grain crops.
