The single-stem nature of the seeds is an important advantage, as only one plant grows from each seed, which significantly simplifies crop care, reducing the need for thinning and making weed control easier. The roots of this variety have a deep red color, a round shape with a diameter of 8-10 cm, and a weight ranging from 200 to 300 grams. They feature dense flesh with a pleasant slightly sweet taste, making them versatile for culinary use, pickling, and making fresh juices.

The MARFUSSHA beet is characterized by high resistance to cracking, which helps maintain its market appearance and quality during storage. The roots keep well until spring, allowing them to be used for an extended period without loss of taste or nutritional properties. For cultivation, direct sowing in open ground is recommended at a depth of 2-4 cm with a row spacing of 10x30 cm.
