Table beet variety Naomi is an early-maturing variety with intensely colored dark red flesh and a compact rosette of leaves. The roots are round, smooth, and weigh from 200 to 350 grams, differing in their high dry matter content — up to 20%, which gives them a sweet and juicy taste. The crop forms in 85-95 days from germination; however, it is recommended to consume the roots as soon as bunch maturity is reached, starting from 50 days after sowing. The tender young leaves are also used in cooking, especially for making summer soups.

Variety Naomi is characterized by good yield, reaching 4-5 kg per square meter, which makes it attractive for cultivation both in private households and for commercial purposes. The main autumn harvest stores well, which allows using the beet for a long time after harvesting. For successful cultivation, it is recommended to choose fertile, drained, and non-acidic soils that provide optimal conditions for plant development.
