KHIUTORIANKA® table beet is an early-maturing variety intended for cultivation as a food product. The period from emergence to harvest is 95-105 days, allowing for a harvest in a relatively short time. The root crops have a round shape and a mass of 160 to 330 grams, with dark red or red flesh that is tender, juicy, and ringless. The plant leaves are green with red veining, forming a semi-erect rosette.

The variety is characterized by a high content of dry matter (up to 13.0-14.3%) and total sugar (6.7-11.3%), which ensures excellent taste qualities. Due to good disease resistance of root crops and high commercial yield, reaching 321-569 centners per hectare, and in some regions up to 700 centners, KHIUTORIANKA® is a profitable choice for farmers. The yield of commercial product is 85-97%, which indicates the high efficiency of the variety.

KHIUTORIANKA® beet is suitable for use in cooking, including making salads, soups, and other dishes, as well as for processing. The variety stores well during the winter period, which allows preserving the quality of root crops for a long time. Due to adaptation to various climatic conditions, it is especially recommended for cultivation in the middle strip of Russia and other regions with similar conditions.
