Description DACHNITSA
Dachnitsa is a mid-season variety of table beet with a period from germination to technical maturity of 90-100 days. The root crops of this variety have an oval shape, smooth surface and maroon color, buried in the soil for two-thirds of their length. The mass of root crops varies from 170 to 350 grams. The leaf rosette is semi-open with pronounced anthocyanin coloration, which gives the plant a decorative appearance.

The beet pulp is dark red in color, homogeneous, without pronounced ringedness, juicy and sweet in taste, which provides excellent taste qualities. The yield of the variety ranges from 6.7 to 7.1 kilograms per square meter, making it a productive choice for cultivation. The variety differs in high resistance to diseases such as cercosporosis and bolting, as well as heat tolerance, which increases its reliability in various climatic conditions.

Dachnitsa beet is well stored during the winter period, preserving its qualities and freshness. Thanks to its characteristics, the variety is recommended for all types of culinary processing, including the preparation of fresh dishes and canning. This makes it a universal and in-demand product for home and industrial use.
