Table Beet CORNELL

Beet CORNELL is a mid-early variety of table beet, characterized by high yield and excellent market quality. The growing season ranges from 90 to 105 days, allowing cultivation in open ground from early April to early July. The root crops have a cylindrical shape, about 20-25 cm in length, a rich dark red color, and a uniform texture without white rings in cross-section. The average fruit weight is 200-250 grams, making them convenient for mechanized harvesting and further processing.

Sowing is recommended at a rate of 35-60 thousand plants per hectare, with a planting depth of about 2 cm and a pattern of 30x60 cm. Beet CORNELL has a small leaf attachment area, which facilitates crop collection and reduces losses during transportation. Due to good storage capacity of the root crops, this variety is suitable for long-term storage as well as use in fresh form.

This beet variety is versatile in application: it can be used to prepare a variety of dishes, as well as for processing and storage. High quality and uniformity of fruits make CORNELL an excellent choice for farmers and gardeners aiming to obtain a stable and quality crop of table beet.
