FUROR is a mid-season, single-seed variety of table beet developed at the West Siberian Vegetable Experimental Station in Russia. This variety is characterized by a semi-erect leaf rosette and a shortened foliage, which facilitates care and harvest. The root crops are round in shape and feature a uniform dark red flesh coloration that is juicy, tender, and fiberless, ensuring an excellent taste.
