Borde Single-Seeded

Mid-season (105-120 days). Round root with a thin central taproot, red flesh. Marketable yield 54-62 t/ha, weight of marketable root 210-350 g, marketability 78-96%. Excellent taste qualities. Single-seeded variety, with 98% of separate fruits. At a seeding rate of 6-8 kg/ha, seedlings do not require thinning. Relatively resistant to black rot. Recommended for culinary use and for winter storage.
