The root is round, 12-15 cm in diameter, 230-300 g in weight, sinks into the soil by 2/3, easy to pull out. Head is small, slightly convex. Flesh is dark red, with a burgundy hue. Core is round, without rings. Dry matter content up to 18.2%, total sugar — 11.0%, betaine up to 200 mg/100 g. Suitable for cultivation in all regions of Ukraine.
