MIRABELLE fruits have a classic cylindrical shape with a glossy sheen and a deep purple color, almost black. The average weight of one fruit ranges from 250 to 350 grams, with potential for larger sizes under optimal conditions. The flesh is light cream-colored, dense, free of bitterness, with a small number of tiny seeds, and does not darken after cutting, making the eggplants especially attractive for culinary use.
