Sunflower Bombarrier

Efficient Yields in a Short Window

When you are managing tight crop rotations or trying to avoid the unpredictable autumn weather, the "Bombardier" hybrid from AF "Ukrainske nasinnya" is a reliable solution. With a vegetation period of 90-100 days, this early-maturing sunflower hybrid allows for a predictable harvest, ensuring you get the crop off the field before the season turns.

Practical Field Performance

The plant height is moderate, ranging from 150-160 cm. In practice, this is an ideal height: it provides enough biomass for a good yield but keeps the plant compact enough to prevent lodging. For the combine operator, it’s a blessing — the uniform ripening means fewer header adjustments and minimal losses during the harvest. The plant's natural resistance to downy mildew, rust, and powdery mildew is a significant advantage, reducing the need for intensive fungicide spraying and lowering production costs.

Economic Value and Oil Content

With an oil content of 45-50%, "Bombardier" consistently delivers high-quality yields that meet modern grain elevator standards. Reliability is key when you calculate your ROI. This hybrid is predictable in its growth stages, responds well to standard agronomic practices, and maintains health throughout the season, which gives peace of mind to any farm owner.

• Vegetation period: 90-100 days (ideal for late sowing).
• Plant height: 150-160 cm (easy to harvest).
• Oil content: 45-50% (premium quality).
