Description HIBRID PERCHIK
Sea buckthorn "Hibrid Perchik" – a medium-sized fruit-bearing plant, up to 3 m high and about 2 m wide, with a pyramidal crown. Flowering occurs in May-June under bright sunlight. The plant prefers fertile, drained soils – loamy or sandy loam, of moderate moisture and neutral acidity; it cannot tolerate waterlogging or shallow groundwater.

The fruits of "Hibrid Perchik" are characterized by an elongated-oval shape, yellow-orange color, and a weight of 0.65–0.80 g. The skin is thin, the flesh is juicy, sour-sweet with a pleasant aroma; fruits detach easily by dry method. Yield is average – 1.5–2.9 kg/m², while one bush can produce up to 23 kg of fruits. Ripening period is average, end of August-beginning of September.

The variety has high winter hardiness (zone 4b, down to -28.9 °C) and is drought-resistant due to the result of crossing varieties "Perchik" and "Altai 87-15". The fruits are rich in vitamin C (92–223 mg/100 g), making them a valuable ingredient for fresh consumption, desserts, baking, and sauces. A male pollinator variety is required for fruiting; self-fertility is absent.
