MAYSKAYA

Radish of the MAYSKAYA variety is one of the most common summer radish varieties. It is a mid-season variety that matures 70-95 days after germination. The roots have an oval-conical shape, 20-25 cm long, with white juicy flesh and a weight of 130-150 g. The yield reaches 2.5-4.5 kg per square meter. This variety is distinguished by its good taste and is primarily intended for use in salads. However, the roots are not suitable for long-term storage, so it is recommended to use them fresh.

Radish belongs to the Brassicaceae family and is a long-day plant, which means a light day of no less than 12 hours is required for successful cultivation. The MAYSKAYA variety, like other radishes, is characterized by a distinct taste that may have a slight bitterness. In addition to the roots, radish leaves are also consumed as food, which expands its culinary application possibilities.
