Raspberry ALAYA ROSSYP

The 'Alaya Rossyp' raspberry variety is a promising large-fruited variety intended for cultivation in regions with extreme weather conditions. Bushes are medium-sized, reaching a height of up to 1.8-2 meters, with 6-9 canes covered with medium-length thorns located along the entire stem length. Leaves are dark green, wrinkled, slightly curled, and moderately hairy. This variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness, which allows for successful cultivation in areas with severe winters, as well as drought resistance and immunity to fungal diseases and pests. 'Alaya Rossyp' raspberry fruits have an elongated conical shape and weigh from 2 to 3 grams. Berries have a sweet-sour taste with a slight acidity, making them attractive both for fresh consumption and processing. The flesh is medium density, the skin has a slight fuzz, and ripe fruits separate from the receptacle with some effort. The variety is self-fertile and perfect, ensuring stable fruiting without the need for additional pollination. Raspberry ripening occurs in medium-early terms - from the third week of June to the first week of July. The flowering period lasts from May to June. The variety is universal in use and suitable for group and single planting on fertile sunny plots of open ground. The yield of the variety is about 38.9 centners per hectare, while the degree of pest and disease damage does not exceed standard indicators for raspberries. Due to its characteristics, 'Alaya Rossyp' is an excellent choice for gardeners seeking to obtain a quality and stable yield in complex climatic conditions.
