SULAMIF is a raspberry variety featuring a powerful, moderately spreading bush with few thorns. The bushes are vigorous and upright, ensuring ease of care and harvest collection. It fruits on the previous year's canes, after which old canes are recommended to be removed to maintain plant health and increase yield. The variety prefers fertile, well-drained soils and sunny locations, while it does not tolerate standing water. The variety has high winter hardiness, with heat tolerance and drought resistance at a moderate level. SULAMIF berries have a conical shape and a rich red color. The flesh is tender, with a sweet-sour taste and a mild aroma, making the flavor pleasant and versatile for various uses. The average berry weight is about 3.6 grams. The ripening period is mid-late, with fruits harvested in July-August. The variety has high yield—adult plants are capable of producing up to 3.5 kg of berries per bush, which translates to approximately 55-56 centners per hectare. The variety is distinguished by its resistance to diseases and pests, reducing the need for frequent use of protective agents. Thanks to these qualities and good adaptation to the conditions of the Central Chernozem region, SULAMIF is suitable for both personal plots and commercial cultivation. Berries contain about 7.2% sugars and 2.4% acids, ensuring a harmonious taste and high fruit quality.
