Yasochka

Yasochka — an early-maturing radish variety, distinguished by high cold resistance and low maintenance requirements. The period from mass germination to technical maturity is 20-22 days, allowing harvest as early as May. Seeds germinate at temperatures of 2-4 °C, while the optimal temperature for root formation is 15-18 °C. Sowing is recommended at a depth of 2-3 cm with a rate of 1.5-2 g per square meter.

The roots of the Yasochka variety have an oval or round shape, weighing 20-25 grams and measuring 3-3.5 cm in diameter. Their color is a beautiful red-pink, and the flesh is white, juicy, crisp, and tender. Due to the dense flesh structure, radishes do not spoil easily and retain their market appearance for a long time, making them attractive for storage and sale.

This radish variety prefers light, fertile soils with adequate moisture. It is resistant to diseases and has excellent taste qualities, making it popular among gardeners. Yasochka is a Ukrainian variety that combines high yield (1.5-2.3 kg/m²) and superior fruit quality.
