SUGAR FRIEND

Sugar Friend is a mid-season vegetable pea variety with a maturation period of 65-70 days. Plants reach a height of 130-150 cm and require support installation for proper growth. Pods have a slightly curved shape, a length of 7-8 cm and a width of 1.3-1.6 cm, are green in color and contain 6-8 peas. The variety's feature is the absence of a parchment layer, which makes the pods especially tender and tasty.

Fruits are eaten in the milk ripening phase along with fleshy sweet lops, which gives dishes a pleasant sweet taste. The variety yield is 0.9-1.2 kg per square meter, which allows obtaining a good volume of product from a small plot. Sowing is recommended to be done early in spring on the sunny side of the plot, sowing seeds at 4-6 cm deep with a row spacing of 15x30 cm.

The variety is distinguished by synchronous crop formation, unpretentiousness and drought resistance, which facilitates care and increases the chances of successful cultivation.
