Description SERDOLIK
Potato variety Serdolik is a medium-early table variety, characterized by high market yield and good taste qualities. The plant is of medium height, semi-erect, with medium-sized leaves and a large flower cluster, the inner side of which has medium intensity of anthocyanin coloration. Tubers are oval-round in shape with medium-depth eyes, partially red skin, and light-yellow or cream-colored flesh. The average mass of marketable tubers ranges from 105 to 135 grams, with starch content varying between 11-14%, ensuring good taste and versatility in use.

Serdolik variety is distinguished by high marketability (about 90%) and excellent storability (94%), making it convenient for storage and sale. The yield of this variety ranges from 165 to 286 centners per hectare, with maximum yields reaching 306 centners under the best regional standards. The plant is resistant to several diseases, including potato cyst nematode, golden potato cyst nematode, and also shows resistance to potato leaf roll virus and potato mosaic virus. According to phytopathological studies, the variety is moderately susceptible to late blight on stems and tubers.

Agronomic recommendations for Serdolik variety include planting at soil temperature of +8-10°C, at a depth of about 10 cm, with row spacing of 70 cm and plant spacing of 35 cm. Due to its characteristics and disease resistance, this variety is suitable for cultivation in the Northwest region and ensures a stable and high-quality yield, in demand both on the fresh produce market and for storage.
