Description BORUS 2
Potato variety Borus 2 is a medium-early table variety with a maturation period of 80 to 95 days. The plant is characterized by very low or low stature, intermediate type, and semi-erect form. Leaves vary from medium to large size, have intermediate or open type, green color with moderate leaf edge waviness. Flower corolla is medium or large size, red-purple shade. Tubers are oval-shaped with medium-depth eyes, red skin with slightly rough surface, and creamy flesh. Marketable tuber mass ranges from 100 to 139 grams, and starch content is in the range of 13.3–14.9%.
