The Vereyskaya parsley variety is a mid-season leaf variety with a period from germination to market readiness of 57-62 days. The leaf rosette is large, upright, reaching up to 45 cm in height, with a large number of aromatic, dark green, smooth and glossy triangular leaves. Petioles are long and thick, with a weak anthocyanin tint. The greens differ in good aroma and high yield — from 2.8 to 3.4 kg per square meter; the mass of greens per plant is 41-52 grams.
This parsley variety is distinguished by its ability to regrow multiple times during the season, which allows obtaining fresh greens from early spring to the first frosts. The leaves retain their pleasant aroma even in dried form, making the variety convenient for preservation and long-term storage. Vereyskaya parsley is rich in vitamin C, carotene, and other biologically active substances, which enhances its nutritional and beneficial value.
For cultivation, seeds are sown at a depth of 1-1.5 cm with mandatory thinning of plants. The variety is included in the State Register of the Russian Federation and is recommended for cultivation in personal subsidiary holdings. It is an exclusive selection of the company LLC "EURO-SEEDS", which guarantees high quality and stability of plant characteristics.
