Parsley of the PRESTIGE variety is a mid-season root vegetable variety with an upright leaf rosette 25-28 cm high. Leaves are triangular in shape, green in color, with medium-length and thickness petioles, weakly colored with anthocyanin. The root is long, narrowly inverted triangular in shape with lenticels, grayish-white in color, weighing 40-50 g. The aroma of greens and roots is average, making the variety universal for various culinary purposes.
The variety is characterized by good yield: greens reach 1.4-1.8 kg per square meter, and roots reach 1.8-2.0 kg per square meter. The leaf rosette is powerful and loose, leaves are dark green, shiny, with even edges and long petioles, which is convenient for tying into bundles. After cutting, greens grow well, allowing to obtain several crops per season.
Parsley PRESTIGE is valued for strong growth energy, large leaves and pleasant, characteristic taste. The period from full emergence to technical maturity is 75-80 days, which allows using the variety as mid-early. Greens can be used fresh, as well as dried or frozen, while maintaining aroma and taste qualities.
