The parsley variety "Morning Freshness" is an early-leaf variety with a maturation period from germination to green harvesting of 55-65 days. The plant has a large rosette reaching a height of up to 30 cm, featuring abundant aromatic dark green leaves with a spicy and refreshing taste. The mass of greens per plant is 80-90 grams, and the yield reaches 3.2-3.7 kg per square meter. Leaves regrow well after cutting, allowing for several harvests per season. Cut greens retain their fresh appearance for several days, making the variety in demand in cooking for fresh use, as well as for freezing and canning.
For growing "Morning Freshness" parsley, it is recommended to sow seeds in open ground to a depth of about 1 cm with an optimal distance between plants of 20x5 cm. Seedlings should be thinned out at the stage of two to three true leaves. Plants require regular watering, loosening, and weeding, and after each green harvest, fertilization is recommended to stimulate new growth. For an earlier harvest, sowing in late October – early November is possible. The best place for planting is a sunny plot with light, loose, and fertile soil, and the optimal temperature for seed germination is +20–+25 °C.
The variety is characterized by universal use: parsley greens are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as drying, freezing, and canning. Thanks to its excellent taste qualities and high yield, "Morning Freshness" is an excellent choice for lovers of aromatic and healthy greens, providing a stable and quality harvest throughout the season.
