Fitnes parsley is a medium-early leafy variety that matures 60-70 days after germination. The plants are powerful and fast-growing, with an elevated leaf rosette forming 25 to 35 large leaves. The leaf blade is wide-triangular in shape, 25-30 cm long, moderately lobed with large lobes, rich dark green in color with a glossy shine. Petioles are of medium length and strong, which facilitates cutting and bundling of greenery. The root system of the variety is powerful and low-demanding to soils, allowing parsley to be grown in various conditions, including open and protected ground, as well as film coverings and open water cultures.

The Fitnes variety is characterized by intensive regrowth after cutting, high yield, and resistance to yellowing and wilting of leaves. Due to the high content of essential oils, the leaves have a rich aroma and typical parsley taste, making the greenery particularly attractive to consumers. Parsley retains its fresh appearance for a long time and has excellent transport qualities, which is important for commercial growing and marketing.

This variety is versatile in application: it is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing — chopping, drying, freezing, and other storage methods. Fitnes parsley is valued for its tender and juicy leaves, which belong to the Italian Giant variety type but are softer in structure.
