Vorozhoya Parsley is a mid-season curly parsley variety characterized by excellent aroma and high decorative value. The leaf rosette is semi-vertical, lush, and reaches a height of 25-30 cm, with a single plant mass of about 40-45 g. The yield reaches 3 kg per square meter, making it very productive for cultivation both in open ground and via winter sowing.
Vorozhoya parsley greens regrow well after cutting and maintain fresh appearance for a long time, which is particularly valuable for home cooking and vegetable canning. Thanks to its aromatic and decorative qualities, this variety is widely used not only as vitamin greens but also for garnishing dishes and flower beds. Plants require regular care, including timely watering, weeding, and loosening, as well as fertilizing after each cutting to maintain intensive growth.
Sowing seeds is recommended at a depth of 1-1.5 cm, and seedlings must be thinned out at the stage of two to three true leaves. For an earlier harvest, winter sowing is possible at the end of October to early November. The maturation period of greens is approximately 60-70 days from germination to harvesting, allowing for several cuttings during the summer season.
