Description Nastenka
Nastenka parsley is an early-maturing variety with active growth, allowing mass harvesting to begin as early as 55-60 days after germination. The leaf rosette is large, reaching a height of up to 50 cm and a mass of about 60 g, consisting of a large number of smooth, deeply dissected leaves with a tender, sweet-spicy and very aromatic taste. Leaves regrow quickly after cutting, ensuring the possibility of several harvests of greens per season. The variety has high yield and amounts to 3.0-3.2 kg per square meter.

For sowing, seeds are planted 1 cm deep in open ground; it is recommended to make furrows using the pointed edge of the packaging and to precisely dose the seeds. Thinning of seedlings is carried out at the stage of two to three true leaves; the optimal distance between plants is 20x5 cm. To maintain optimal soil moisture until germination, seedlings can be covered with film. Throughout the summer, plants require regular watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilizing after each green cutting.

Nastenka parsley is excellent for fresh consumption due to its high content of vitamins and nutrients, and is also used as an aromatic seasoning in various dishes. Additionally, it is suitable for drying, freezing, and is necessary for canning vegetables. For an earlier harvest, autumn sowing is possible at the end of October - beginning of November.
