At the technical ripening stage, the fruits are dark green, and at biological ripeness, they turn into deep red. The Procraft pepper is versatile in application: it is excellent for fresh consumption, home cooking, canning, and processing. Fruits ripen 72-76 days after transplanting seedlings, enabling an early harvest.
