Description San Siro
San Siro F1 — an early-maturing hybrid of sweet pepper, intended for cultivation in polyethylene greenhouses and under plastic coverings. The plant is semi-determinate, medium-height with a compact bush form and medium-sized green leaves. Fruits hang downward, facilitating harvest and reducing the risk of damage. This hybrid has been included in the State Register since 2019 and is recommended for cultivation throughout the country.

San Siro fruits are short, cube-shaped with a glossy surface. In technical ripeness, they are green, turning yellow upon biological ripeness. Fruit mass is 220-230 grams, wall thickness — 6-7 mm, ensuring juiciness and flesh density. Inside, there are 3-4 chambers, characteristic of sweet peppers of this type. The taste quality of fresh fruits is excellent, making this hybrid popular for fresh consumption and culinary processing.

San Siro yield in polyethylene greenhouses reaches 3.1 kg per square meter, indicating high productivity of the hybrid. Due to its characteristics and adaptability to various climatic conditions, this pepper is a universal choice for farmers and gardeners aiming to obtain an early and high-quality harvest of sweet peppers.
