The plant is compact, about 40-50 cm tall, semi-spreading, and does not require staking. The fruits are drooping, large, with a truncated-conical shape and slight ribbing, possessing dense and succulent flesh. In technical ripeness, they are light green, and in biological ripeness — deep red. Fruit mass varies from 60 to 200 grams, with a wall thickness of 5-8 mm, ensuring their density and firmness. The variety is characterized by stable high yield, reaching 7-7.2 kg per square meter. The fruits have excellent taste qualities — sweet, juicy, and aromatic with a balanced flavor. Due to their dense texture, Vityaz pepper is ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for home cooking and preservation.
