Kniyichich pepper is an early-maturing hybrid sweet variety, distinguished by its large fruit size and versatility in use. The fruits have a cylindrical shape, weigh between 200 to 300 grams, and are bright red at biological maturity. Thick-walled fruits with juicy flesh of 8-10 mm thickness have a pleasant sweet taste with mild spicy notes, making them ideal for fresh consumption, canning, freezing, and various culinary preparations. The plant is characterized by high yield and marketability, confirmed by yields up to 7-8 kg per square meter.

Kniyichich pepper plants are strong and spreading, reaching heights of 70 to 100 cm, with long, wide dark-green leaves. The variety is known for its uniform fruit ripening from July to September and resistance to diseases typical for pepper crops. Thanks to its excellent fruit set even at lower temperatures, this pepper is successfully grown both in open ground and under plastic coverings and in greenhouses.

The Kniyichich pepper was developed by a group of breeders and approved for use in 2009. It is resistant to adverse weather conditions, making it a reliable choice for various climatic zones. Due to its qualities and adaptability, this variety is popular among gardeners and farmers aiming to obtain high-quality sweet pepper with excellent taste characteristics.
