The fruits of Valentina pepper have a prismatic shape with a downward orientation, smooth and highly glossy surface. In technical ripeness, they are yellow, and in biological ripeness — bright red. Fruit mass varies from 180 to 220 grams, wall thickness ranges from 5.6 to 7 mm, ensuring juiciness and fleshiness. High vitamin C content makes this variety especially beneficial for fresh consumption and home cooking.
