Pepper Knowledge Thick is an early-maturing and extremely productive hybrid, distinguished by high resistance to adverse growing conditions such as low light and sharp temperature fluctuations. The plant is robust and spreading, reaching a height of 80-100 cm, and capable of simultaneously forming up to 10 uniform fruits. The fruits have a cube-cylindrical shape, four-chambered, with thick walls of 7-8 mm, average weight of 240-260 grams, sometimes reaching up to 500 grams. In technical maturity, they are light green, and in biological maturity — golden-yellow.

The hybrid possesses excellent taste qualities: the flesh is juicy, aromatic, sweet with a delicate baked aroma. The yellow color of the fruits indicates a rich vitamin-mineral complex, which surpasses peppers of other colors. Due to its early ripening (80-100 days) and resistance to viral diseases such as tobacco mosaic virus, pepper mosaic virus, and potato virus, this variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected environments.

Pepper Knowledge Thick is versatile in use: it is ideal for fresh consumption in salads, as well as for stuffing, canning, and various culinary processing methods. Its stable yield, simultaneous fruit ripening, and good transportability make this hybrid an attractive choice for gardeners and farmers.
