Pepper Ramzes

Processability and Industrial Use

The «Ramzes» pepper variety, developed by the Gavrish breeding firm and the VNIIISSOK, was engineered as a professional-grade asset for industrial-scale operations. If your business model focuses on processing—whether canning, freezing, or drying—this variety ensures the raw material consistency required for high-volume output.

Field Operation and Maintenance

In the field, «Ramzes» acts as a predictable, high-performance crop. The plant develops a robust framework that minimizes manual maintenance costs. When cultivated in film greenhouses or open fields, the primary design objective is a thick-walled fruit, which directly correlates to higher processing yield and reduced waste during mechanical handling.

• Yield Stability: The hybrid shows resilience against typical temperature fluctuations, reducing field rejection rates.
• Fruit Geometry: The uniform blocky shape is optimized for automated washing and slicing lines.
• Transportability: A firm, resilient skin ensures the crop maintains structural integrity during transit to processing facilities.

The agronomic maintenance of «Ramzes» is straightforward, fitting perfectly into standard fertilizer and irrigation protocols. The plant’s recovery rate after environmental stress is excellent, allowing operators to mitigate the effects of temporary water scarcity or thermal shocks. Seed usage remains standard for this maturity group, and the high germination energy provided by the breeder ensures uniform seedling emergence, which is a critical factor for maintaining a precise harvest schedule.
