Description ORANGE ANNIVERSARY
Pepper variety "Orange Anniversary" is suitable for cultivation in open ground and plastic greenhouses, making it a versatile choice for various climatic conditions. Maturation periods vary depending on growing conditions: the period from seedling transplanting to fruiting ranges from 95 to 115 days, and technical maturity occurs approximately after 117-125 days. Fruits have a flat-round shape and are distinguished by bright coloring: they are green in technical maturity and turn into rich golden-yellow or yellow-orange in biological maturity. Fruit mass ranges from 80 to 200 grams, with wall thickness of 8-11 mm, ensuring good fleshiness and juiciness.

The variety is characterized by high β-carotene content, which not only gives the fruits an attractive color but also beneficial nutritional properties. Flavor qualities are highly appreciated; fruits have a sweet taste and are suitable for universal use, including fresh consumption, stuffed dishes, and other culinary purposes. The pepper adapts well to various soils, preferring light and medium loams enriched with well-rotted manure or compost, and requires regular and timely watering with mandatory soil loosening to prevent compaction.

The variety is resistant to several diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus and verticillium wilt, enhancing its reliability during cultivation. Agronomic recommendations include sowing seeds in March, transplanting seedlings in May with row spacing of 60x50 cm, and harvesting in August. With proper care, yield can reach 8-9 kg per square meter or 42-65 tons per hectare, making this variety attractive for both amateur and industrial year-round cultivation using light culture in protected ground.
