Sweet pepper 'Maharaja F1' is an early-maturing hybrid with a maturation period of 100 to 110 days, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses. Plants are compact, semi-determinate, 70–80 cm tall, require no pruning, and withstand heavy fruit loads without collapsing. Bushes are branched, which promotes high yield and ease of care.
Fruits have a cube-like shape, smooth and glossy, up to 10 cm long, averaging 190–200 g, with individual specimens reaching 220–240 g. Wall thickness is 6–7 mm, ensuring fruit density and juiciness. In technical ripeness, they are salad-green, while in biological ripeness, they are vividly bright red. The pepper has a rich flavor and aroma, making it versatile for fresh consumption, home cooking, and canning. Additionally, fruits store well and have excellent transportability.
Hybrid 'Maharaja F1' exhibits high resistance to viral and fungal diseases, which is especially important in rainy summers. As a result, fungicide treatments are unnecessary, allowing for ecologically clean produce. Plants demonstrate stable yields of 6–6.5 kg per square meter, along with drought resistance and simultaneous fruit ripening, simplifying harvest and improving cultivation efficiency.
