GURK Pepper — this is an early-maturing, high-yielding hybrid of sweet pepper, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected soil. The plant is compact and densely foliated, providing protection for fruits from sunburn. The vegetation period is approximately 95-110 days from seedlings, allowing for a quick harvest. Plants reach a height of 60-80 cm and form a large number of fruit set, ensuring intensive fruiting.

The fruits of GURK pepper have a prism-shaped or cube-shaped form with a glossy surface. In technical maturity, they are light green, and in biological maturity — bright red. The average fruit weight is 150-250 grams, with wall thickness varying from 6 to 8 mm, giving them a fleshy, juicy, and crisp texture. The flesh is sweet and aromatic, making this pepper versatile for fresh consumption, as well as for various culinary processing and preservation.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to tobacco mosaic virus, enhancing cultivation reliability. Fruits have high transportability and long storage life, making them convenient for mechanized harvesting, sorting, and packaging. The selection of this hybrid was conducted by the Italian company River Seeds, confirming the high quality and modern agronomic characteristics of the variety.
