ZARNICA

The 'Zarnica' pepper variety is an early-maturing type intended for cultivation in open ground and plastic greenhouses. Plants are bushy and compact, reaching a height of 55–65 cm and do not require pruning. Fruits are narrowly conical, juicy, with a wall thickness of 5–6 mm and a weight of 140–150 g. They have an excellent taste and aroma, making this variety versatile for various culinary purposes, including fresh salads, stuffing, canning, and grilling. Average yield is 6–7 kg per square meter.
