Description Barbara
Barbara cabbage is an early-maturing cauliflower hybrid, maturing 55-60 days after transplanting seedlings to harvest. The plant is vigorous with an upright rosette of medium-sized leaves that have a dark green color with a weak waxy coating and a weakly blistered surface. An upright leaf arrangement provides additional protection of the head from direct sunlight, which helps maintain crop quality.

The Barbara cabbage head is flat-round, moderately bumpy, snow-white in color, with a diameter of 17-22 cm and a weight of 0.9 to 1.5 kg. The internal structure of the head is dense, ensuring good transportability and allowing the white color to be preserved even during freezing. The strong root system of the hybrid increases resistance to stress factors, while average resistance to fusarium wilting makes this variety reliable for cultivation.

The Barbara hybrid is recommended for growing in open ground and is intended for realization on the fresh market, short-term storage, and freezing. Simultaneous ripening of heads allows harvesting the crop at once, which significantly simplifies agronomic activities and increases collection efficiency.
