Constanta cabbage is a late-maturing hybrid of cauliflower that ripens 80-85 days after seedling planting. The plant is powerful with a vertically arranged leaf rosette; leaves are of medium and large size, wide, slightly blistered, dark green with a grey-green tint and a weak waxy coating. This leaf structure ensures reliable protection of the head from direct sunlight, contributing to maintaining crop quality.

The cabbage head is round, moderately bumpy, snow-white, 20-25 cm in diameter and weighs from 1.9 to 2.5 kg. The internal structure is dense, ensuring good transportability and preservation of white color during freezing and processing. Thanks to the good head structure, the cabbage is easily separated into 'rosettes' with minimal waste during processing. Simultaneous ripening allows for harvesting the crop in one go, which is convenient for fresh market sales, short-term storage, and freezing.

The Constanta hybrid has medium resistance to Fusarium wilt, which increases its reliability during cultivation.
